Shipping + Handling + Returns

Policy

At House of Sacred Flame jewelry, Shipping & Handling is charged at a flat rate of $12.00. Any customer has up to 5 days from the recieval of the receipt of the product to report any defects. Failure to notify our company will constitute acceptance of our merchandise and waiver any defects or errors or upon inspection. 

House of Sacred Flame, may, at its option, repair or replace any piece found to be defective. 

There are no refunds on any product.

Your piece will be carefully examined for any defects. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence and alteration. The natural patina on all of House of Sacred Flame jewelry and the natural characteristics of all products does not result in the jewelry to be defective. 

Items that are in stock will ship within 5 to 7 business days. Items that are not in stock will ship within 10 to 15 business days.

We do sell internationally. 

House of Sacred Flame reserves the right to change prices without notice. 

As with all handmade items, the dimension shown for each style will vary slightly.
